*Each member will be entitled to one round-neck and a season pass which will allows entry for all Courts Young Lions Home matches.
Interested fans can sign up for the membership at Courts Young Lions merchandise booth during their home game at Jalan Besar Stadium

To register, just visit the fan club registration booth at any home games in Jalan Besar, the Courts Young Lions Den. Or you can download and fill out this sign-up form and email to pride@courtsyounglions.com, or fax to 6298 0780. We will be in touch once we receive your form on how you can make your payment and receive your Membership card and Fan Pack.
As part of the ongoing efforts to reward our Courts Young Lions Fans, we will be issuing the CYL Loyalty Rewards Card at our home games. Show us that you are a loyal Courts Young Lions fan, and you will be rewarded!
Terms and conditions:
1) Only 1 Rewards card redemption per person will be accepted.
2) The CYL Loyalty Rewards card to be presented with NRIC for identification and redemption.
3) Not allowed to combine 2 or more incomplete Loyalty Rewards cards for redemption.
4) Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
5) Expired Rewards cards will not be accepted or extended for usage.
6) Any Rewards cards found to be tempered with will be considered null and void.
7) The Courts Young Lions Loyalty Rewards card is only accepted for redemption at the merchandise booth at Jalan Besar Stadium during CYL home matches.
8) Redemption of the Courts voucher will be done at the Courts Tampines Megastore at the end of the season before the card expires.
9) We reserve the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
